First Sketch

First 3D Modelling

This first 3D sketchup is similar to the sketch made but I had to create a space and modify changes into the model. The above ground demonstrates the variation in the design with material size, colour and type. The below ground demonstrates the sufferable space of unsized and unused materials spread around, sort of like what happens beneath the earth's surface.

Stair Sections

The stair sketches demonstrates the 3D model material hard rock and tough in the lower gallery. The riser is big while the stair width is short only enough for 1 person to walk up (possibly 2). It also has the texture and tone to resemble whats underneatth the gallery space.

Second Sketch

Swallow (Artist 2): A - Cluttered
Picinini (Artist 1): N - Variation

This second sketch bases on my final developed datum, although it doesn't exactly resemble the same but it has similarities towards the structure mentioned in the later posts

Second 3D Modelling

Stair Sections

These stair sections are a case of monumental which means they are a varaition in size and proportion. Starting off from small stair widths to big stair widths in different sections they are built (Refer to second 3D model stairs). This is to determine its pattern design for my artist word and gallery space. Its material components are concrete slab and ontop is cement render for smooth texture.

Sidney Nolan

Central Australia
N: Wasteland
A: Dry
V: Exploring

Ricky Swallow "Killing Time"

Killing Time
N: Product
A: Cluttered
V: Sufferable

The Killing Time created in 2005 by Ricky Swallow demonstrates art with dark texture, messy form and very dead items like its extinct and been there for centuries. The table full of seafood has been scattered on the table as to form the sculptured piece. He took his time as an old craftsperson in creating this piece of art with his fine hands, he carefully lightened the special objetcs on the table to bring out the effect.

Patricia Piccinini "The Nest"

Nest
N: Variation
A: Communicative
V: Convincing

The Nest created in 2006 by Patricia Piccinini shows its basically like a scooter except that the top is different from the bottom type. It makes it look like a organic creature like half human, half machine but ideally it creates a blended look, by looking closely it wouldn't resemble a machine. I think his work changed the object into a more two face theory by reworking the points of the object into a combined sculpture.

Something Beautiful

This is an original photograph of something exceptional to me because it combines an artistic building and surrounding landscape designs, which brings to my mind the efforts in keeping the natural environment alive around our planet in any development that would occur!

Inspiration to Architecture

This particular image of building inspired me to become an architect because of its enduring design and texture. The way its shaped precisley in its form and size by its effective colour form, as well it brings out an inspiration of modern day buildings to the new style of generation for young future architects like myself.

My Creative Work

This particular image I did at school shows the types of drawing skills and styles in sketching on special paper. As well the different perspective views of sketching, for example a typical old house shown in this photograph. By means, bringing out the types of lineweight and texture to show whats more effective on the sketch itself.
