Draft Meeting Space
The meeting space is just a plain draft and not finish yet but my emphasis towards it was creating the meeting space with a dining table which is not there yet, a combination of both clients ideas of power and motives of there career to set out there differences in this space providing the strong light from above them so they can be on the same level and aviod there own light in there power of work they undertake. Clients are Steve Jobs red and Zhang Yin is cyan (blue) which the corridors or hallways indicate the access to the meeting space from getting off there own elevators.

Hi, since we have to comment each others work, lets do this:
Your Mashup points out to interesting aspects of power, namely looking ahead, to set trends and, I think, human weakness.
Your Sketches are very diverse and the relationship with the words is really strong. On the other hand, the idea of pathways that we are suppose to have in the back of our minds when drawing the perspectives is not clearly identified (I've got the same problem cause I forgot about this pathways thing).
The textures are really good, communicate the words very well. One comment would be about there capacity to be easily applied on a large surface.
Regarding your models, the meeting space communicates well the idea of power which comes out of two separate and maybe opposite minds. There is some almost electrical tension going on.
As to the elevators, and I know they are only drafts, but they probably the weakness in your project so far. However, if you relate them better to the meeting space and the ideas behind the two offices, you could do something really interesting.
One last comment, extend from the sketches when using sketchup or UT3 rather than being limited by them.
